Medicare Open Enrollment Period

Every year from October 15 - December 7, Medicare beneficiaries have the opportunity to review their coverage options for the following year. Our certified Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) Counselors, can help you pick the plan that is best for you. SHIP Counselors are unbiased and extensively trained. They are experts in the complexities of the Medicare system and can help you make an informed decision without any biased influence.

All appointments have been filled, but we have four first-come, first-served walk-in days.

What to bring to your appointment:

• Red White, and Blue Medicare Card

• Any other insurance coverage card like,

  • Part D Prescription Drug Card

  • Part C Medicare Advantage Card

  • Medicaid Insurance Card

• List of all medications with the name, dosage, and frequency of pick-up
