Our community is strongest when neighbors help neighbors. WIAAA is always looking for dedicated volunteers to support older adults through education, advocacy, and community-based programs. Whether you enjoy working directly with people or helping behind the scenes, your time and talents can make a meaningful impact.

Current Opportunities

A Matter of Balance (MOB) - Help older adults reduce their fear of falling and build confidence through this evidence-based program. Volunteers support participants in staying active, independent, and engaged.

Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) - Educate and empower older adults to recognize and prevent Medicare fraud, errors, and abuse. Volunteers play a key role in protecting individuals and strengthening community awareness.

Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) - Provide unbiased information and education to individuals navigating Medicare-related questions. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Office Assistant - Support our mission by assisting with clerical and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for those who enjoy organization and helping programs run smoothly behind the scenes.
