You are invited to promote your company or organization by setting up a table display for information and education purposes and/or presentations and demonstrations. The opening session starts at 9:00 a.m. and closing sessions end at 3:30 p.m. We suggest that your displays be set up by 8:00 a.m., when registration begins, and remain open for browsing until 4:00 p.m. to gain as much participant exposure as possible. The i-wireless Center will be open at 7:30 a.m. for set up. All tables are 8 feet long and skirted. Display space is limited and will be made available on a first come first serve basis.

A display table is $70 with an additional fee of $25 for an electrical outlet, if needed. These fees do not include lunch and session fees, for which pre-payment is necessary due to i-wireless Center’s advance head count requirements. It will cost an additional $40 for each person attending sessions and/or joining us for lunch. Please indicate if you plan to attend the sessions and/or join us for lunch when you complete the request for a display table. Upon receipt of the attached form, a confirmation will be mailed or e-mailed to you indicating which kind of table you require and whether or not lunch reservations have been made.
