Gallery of Ageless Achievers, 2006
41 recipients of the 2006 Gallery of Ageless Achievers Award
from ten counties were honored on May 12, 2006 at the Holiday Inn in Moline,
Illinois. The evening included a buffet dinner and dancing to the music of
the Grotto Dixie Band. Jerry Schroeder provided musical entertainment. |

The volunteers being inducted into the Gallery of Ageless Achievers were
chosen because of the help they provide for others and their
communities. Awards were presented by Kathryn Wyatt, and Frances
Leimkuehler of the WIAAA Advisory Council and Larry Moore of the WIAAA
Board of Directors. WIAAA Advisory Council, Board and staff always look
forward to meeting and congratulating all of the volunteers who promote
a positive image of aging and make such a difference in their
communities.
