2005: The 2005-2007

Community
Input Meetings were held at the end of February. This year’s 2005
Public Information Document was released April 1st. Public
hearings on the contents of that document and the proposed area plan
amendment were conducted in May of 2005. The results of the public hearings
after completed and compiled will be available from WIAAA.
2004: The 2005-2007 area plan has been completed.
Community

hearings on the contents of that document and the proposed area plan were
conducted in April of 2004. The results of the public hearings are
available from WIAAA and will be posted on this web site.
Western Illinois Area Agency on Aging began a new
three-year area plan cycle with the acceptance of the FY2005-2007 area plan
which began October 1, 2004. The agency conducted a needs
assessment in preparation for developing the area plan to assure the
planning included the services most needed by seniors in our planning and
service area.
